Lizz and Alex’s Wedding at Ston Easton Park

Lizz and Alex were fortunate to have a simply perfect Autumn day for their wedding at Ston Easton Park.  After spending some time with Alex and the boys at the family home it was then down the lanes to Ston Easton where the rest of the bridal party and guests were getting ready.

Lizz and the girls had the suite at the very top of this amazing house, with it’s own roof top deck it was clear to see why they had picked the reception venue!  Preparations were also taking place in the main rooms with all sorts of seasonal goodies including some expertly carved pumpkins to welcome the guests.

The ceremony was lit by three beautiful windows and had a really intimate feel about it.  It was perfect for getting some lovely shots of the bridal party entering and of Lizz and Alex sharing their vows. Next we went outside for drinks at the front of the house and more photos.  We made use of the amazing weather and the venue’s gardens for some family and bridal party shots, as well as plenty of action shots of the energetic little ones!

The wedding breakfast was back in the main room and was followed by some great speeches and bubbly.  With the evenings getting dark early it gave chance for some night shots before the party started including surprise fireworks!  After lots more dance floor action and even a chess match in the library it was outside to finish my say with some creative sparkler photos in front of the house.

I hope you like this little sneak peek at Lizz and Alex’s big day.  Congratulations guys! 🙂
